building mining company

I have a mining building which shows up perfectly on a trz 2006 route I have built,it shows up on the 2010 content list but does not appear in surveyor,I have searched the DLS but have drawn a blank there according to the content listing its KUID is 1-100433 but it isnt on the DLS ,can anyone advise please ?

The 1 in the kuid says its a built in asset. Have you tried doing a database repair?

Before taking the drastic step of a database repair have you had a look at it in CM. Does it show any errors or warnings, as a built-in item it should not but it might have been opened for edit by accident. Either way if you right click on the item in surveyor then click on edit, is the option "Revert to Original" black or grey, if black click on it. If not, open the item for edit then click on "Revert to Original". With luck this could clear any problems with the item.

If what dnevan8 suggests does not cure the problem then a database repair is not difficult. Go into content manager. Click on file then quick database repair. If that doesnt work then click on the option below that for an extended database repair. If that dont work post back here.
