Brompton Derail

Need some assistance here with this issue.
This movement was working fine prior to carrying out some changes in this location.
Tried and tried a few time now to return to previous condition.
Consist has now derailed each time the session has been run which now is five times.

Edit the session.

Place a consist, a few wagons is fine for this, and drag them along the track. If they jiggle oddly then there's something wrong with the track. I would then check for a broken spline point. Make sure the track is actually connected and not just close. These can be tricky. If there is a spline point, wiggle it to ensure the track is connected at that place.

If the track is okay, then press F9 to go into grid view.

Do you see anything under the track?

An odd spline point that takes a dive into the terrain, or hidden consist, just a couple of things that come into mind.

Your comments noted and I will take them into account when I open the route again.
However the whole consist had already negotiated the junction, derailment occurred to the engine only.

I’ve had that on occasion - if you can, edit the session/route and change the default points switching direction.
Alternatively, use the set points commands with the release command afterwards…

Well I reconstructed the portion of track in question and had a similar result except is was the wagons which derailed this time.

I also attempted to use the set path command however whilst I added the setting for the related junctions the rule greyed out when trying to add to the command line.

What now I ask myself.

I believe that I may have discovered the problem, reduced speed to 10mph during reverse into siding.
Sorry but I counted my chickens too soon.
It is still occurring.

It could be because the Driver Command "Set Path" appear to be greyed out when trying to add to a set of command, it was working.

I have just changed the Drive via command to Navigate via, let us see if this solves the issue.

That was the case however after a few days of experimenting I have finally cracked the problem.
I included this rule. "<kuid:131986:158781> Control Path Rule" in the command structure.
Even this was not easy to implement, took a number of tests to break its back.
The main issue was recognising the a trigger at entry and at departure was necessary.
Works fine now .
NO MORE ISSUES!
It looks like the point must've changed after the tender passed over it derailing the locomotive.
