Broken - UP AC6000CW 6869-6942 (Low Ditchlight) DLC.

Regardless of my attempts, I cannot fix this recently purchased and broken DLC due to missing items. The website states the DLC is TRAINZ 2019 & TRAINZ 2022 COMPATIBILITY ONLY.

All required files installed to a near-new installation of Trainz 2020 and a fresh virgin installation of Trainz 2019. As suggested on the support page, I also downloaded all free and eligible assets via the Trainz Launcher but same issue.. Operating system is Windows 11. All files downloaded via Chome and Edge. All files uncompressed with both 7Zip and Winrar.

Files in question are ‘UP AC4460CW 6896-6942 1.cdp’, ‘RRMods Sound Effects Library V5.6.cdp’ and ‘RRMods Script Library V6.7.cdp’.

Results are:

The rest of the information is labelled as <unknown assets>.

Both my installed copies of Trainz 2022 and Trainz 2019 are experiencing exactly the same issue with your DLC.

The Support page on your website states the following: ‘These items are included with your purchases, but you can also find these items in our Dependencies section on our website’. That seems inaccurate because the <kuid:338228:300403> assets is not on that page or available anywhere else on the website. Also, according to a full search by Content Manager the <kuid:338228:300403> assets was not installed with your DLC, but is ‘Available for download' but it will not download.

I managed to track down the missing Headlight Corona asset <kuid:338228:300403> from the Trainz Download Station FTP and that seems fine. Unable to gleam any information on the <unknown assets> items, etc. Already emailed info@rrmods.us

Whatever the answer, why don't they just package it all together when they sell it?

Mughugx i sent you an email. Forester1 they are separated for international customers as some of them dont have great internet and it alleviates issues for them when the files arnt as large

Ignore the issue as I had a brain freeze. I assumed all 7 files were parts of 1 single uncompressed file. Must be advancing age!!

Difficult to explain my screwup, but treated each of the 7 compressed files as individuals solved the problem. That is why I ended up with an incomplete installation.

Once a clue from Adamovic caught my attention, the DLC installed smoothly and it looks/operates really great. And Adamovic responded to my email in a timely and helpful manner.
