Box cars with opening doors

I would have hope that the issue with boxcar doors not working would have been corrected with the new release but sadly that did not happen, I found two out of the hundreds I tried that do work. Does someone have a list of boxcars that the doors work?

Thanks
Chuck

It's a lot of extra work and added overhead to have working doors and 99% of the time they are closed. I do put them on all stock and passenger cars.

I have noticed that sometimes the opening is random or it depends on the multi-industry object. On several maps I've seen them work at one platform, but not another.

Hi Chuck,
I can supply you with a screenshot of some working boxcars in TRS19, build 98592.

See at: https://www.directupload.net/file/d/5309/klcb3pr5_jpg.htm

But don't ask me if they're built in assets. AFAIK most of them are from JointedRail.com ,payware or built-in. You might find the answer in CM.
Hope it helps.

I have 9 boxcars by up8328. <kuid:378673:??????> that have doors
that open. I have customized the loads of these cars for
JR Multi Industry,<kuid2:45324:400001:2> with no problems.

I use quite a variety of loads.

The load position was done using PEV attachment maker.

Hi Al
Thanks for the reply. I did a search for your boxcars and 115 items showed up with your username but no boxcars. I did check my installed items just in case I had already downloaded them but no.

I check where I might have gotten them from and came up with this.

author "Ben Neal"
organisation "Sub-Par Productions"
contact-email "bdaneal@yahoo.com"
contact-website "www.steammachine.com/bdaneal"

Ben Neal is the creator but I'm not sure that is the web site I aquired them from.

Let me know.
