boulevard to road connector (converter)

hi folks .. a while back i had a dl that was for the boulevard to road connector that was under buildings that i used to make roads disapear into distance .. it was a green road with footpaths on either side ... i can't find it or remember how i found it in the first place and was wondering if anyone could help out .. many thanks
