Bought a ticket... but why?

Ahh, well, does not matter now. I sent a request to the help desk last night. I asked that they check to make sure my FCT was activated and see if they could find any problems with it. I also stated that if no problems can be found that I would like the FCT de-activated and my money refunded.

I was notified this morning that my FCT has been de-activated and that my money will be refuned. No indication was given as to what the problem might have been.
