If it still does not work AM then try changing the password in your Auran profile (you can use the same one). This sometimes kick starts things. Otherwise I would suggest a ticket to the helpdesk - don't expect an instant reply (they are a bit flooded at the moment - being in Brisbane, QLD)
 
When I had purchased my FCT, the DLS still did not work until I had e-mailed the Help Desk. Since then, it has worked great.
