I don't think so. I think they are from a Russian site, and are animated. I'll try and find the address of it.

Actually the 3 figures in the foreground kingstonflyers screen shot are HP Payware for the Marias Plus Pack. But if you look in the top left (backgroundish) you see a man carry a bag. That is a figure from neoklai's website.
