BNSF Derailment in Hager City, WI

News report says it was pinned under the bridge not that it hit the bridge. I saw a FedEx with 3 pup trailers get involved in an accident on I-80 in Ohio. The collision caused the front of the 3rd pup trailer to pop up, the top front of the trailer hit the underside of an overpass and the ICC bumper at the back of the trailer hit the asphalt effectively jamming the trailer between the overpass and the ground. Something similar to that might have occured at this rail accident.

Was there math wrong or something? "9 cars carrying 62 containers" doesnt sound right to me.

hert:wave:

Unless they consider the 3-car and 5-car sets as a single car? Don't know why they would even do that though. Maybe they meant 39 cars? That's all I can draw from that.... :o Freak accident.
