Blue comet missing dependencies

Unknown Location: <kuid:60850:89100> says it can't find it and is causing me to not be able to use the tender why I paid and this is what I get junk. yes I have trainz service pack 4 for 2009 and it says it will work with so anybody know what I can do oh and all of the blue comet says it red as well as the tender not working:'(

The item in question is on the DLS as a trainz-build 2.4 "ACSlib" by bloodnok. It is part of the coupling system.
