BlenderExporter ERROR

Ok I put the latest trainz exporter and importer files in scripts---> addons--->directory using Blender 2.67. I keep the Blender folder in Program Files --->BlenderFoundation and that's where the addons are, i.e., not a separate Blender folder in Appdata folder, etc. The exporter shows up in user preferences and ticked. I've been using 2.49b for years with no problem. I'm trying to migrate over to the newest version. I try exporting a simple box and get the following error. Could someone please tell me what I'm doing wrong. Thanks:

Make sure you are running Blender as administrator if using Windows Vista or later.

And you wouldn't need to run it as admin if you had blender installed in any other folder but 'Program Files'. :hehe:

And you wouldn't need to worry about 'Admin Rights' if you had blender installed in XP :hehe:
