bi-directional signals

Alright, so one of the problems I'm having working on my northern Chicago Rails route, which is that most of the track on the route is CTC with bi-directional signals. Does anybody know any good signals that can be used effectively for a 1-post, bidirectional signal? Thanks

some of norfolksouthern37's signals have a signal on a post and an additional signal with a bracket so one could put it on the other side of the post. (two separate objects)

This is the arrangement:

The reverse-facing head is a separate object maneuvered into place. You can get Justin's Searchlight Signal pack at Jointed Rail, look under 'Freeware'...

Right, I already had the searchlight signal pack. The problem is that I need to have 3-light signals. I've been using the safetran signals for much of the route. Anything like the above screenshot but with the safetran signal pack?

plese make a darth vader bi-signal and post it on download station

Patience, If I remember correctly.... there is an update pack in the works that may or may not be comming out soon. From what Ive seen, it has double headed signal posts for the safetran signals along with some other goodies. So look to Jointed rail to release them soon!

cheers

Could you use the Norfolksouthern37 Safetran Clight on a post, and add the gantry version to that same post? You may have to change something in config.txt to get it to the right height though. As I recall, the gantry signals are a fixed height.

NS37's searchlights have a signal that isn't attached to a pole so that you can hang it on the back of another signal.

I have found 3 Aspect signals made by "seniorchief", kuid2:61556:2410020:1. The description of the signal is,"UP Dual Aspect Signal Head 1". He also makes one with Dual heads, I have them on my route and they are great, thanks to Seniorchief.

If your track is bi-directional, I find that using a left side placed light, and a right side placed version of the same light, put on the same spot, then flip the wrong facing light around, then adjusting one lights mount pole over the other pole so it looks like 1 pole, gives me the look of bi-directional lights on one mount. It should be fully functional, and looks good too.

They show up as "obsolete" in TS2010. Both versions, 1 & 2. Is there an update?
Thanks, Mike
Hello I am updating all my content as I speak, I am working on new UP signals for the modern trainz TRS2009-TRS2012
I have all the ones updated and will be uploading them today. Sorry for the delay been through some bad times. I lost my son awhile back. Things have not been the same.
Send me and email today and I will send them all in a package for you.
