I am looking for 2 new layouts. I want a good winter layout, preferably American prototype, and a layout that looks like it could be Wyoming. I am using TRS2004.

Howdy Upbb4884........No answers for you. Lots of very good ones out there. I tried them all, and found that the one I put together and continue to work on is my personal favorite. When I came aboard a year ago, I never dreamed that I would even try it, given the hundreds of layouts already built. I was WRONG!!!

Why not take a stab at creating a Wyoming themed layout? You can add and subtract assets to your hearts content. Expand and add themes from neighboring states...........Heck, put Hawaii in there!!!!!!!!!!!!:hehe: Have fun............

Hello upbb4884, you must let the rest of the WORLD catch up with your questions, we are not all on the same time difference, and some of us do have a day job as well....:hehe:

From memory, 2 snow-themed North American routes spring straight to mind, both on the DLS, Regional Passenger Transit 2005 by Euphod, KUID is 7592:1656604 and Albany Northern by NYOW2000, KUID is 57447:100109.
All of these are OK for TRS2004.

There was a Wyoming Coal layout created by John Keenan, a year or so ago, but it is on a 3rd party website, sorry, cannot remember which one it is now, maybe one of your fellow Americans might know where you can look.

Happy trainzing.

Us layouts-Winter

There are also 2 Winter layouts that I like very much:

a)PinoGrande Winter (by Tyler Bishop) on US Locomotive Works (uslw.net)
b)Sandpatch on Trainz Pro Route (www.trainzproroutes.org)

They are both free.

Hope you like them

Gilles

You could try my St Johnsbury & Lamoille County, set in wintertime Vermont. It is at USLW.

Also you might look for Crawford Hill on the DLS...I can't remember offhand whether it is Nebraska or Wyoming, but it has that feel.

Both of these are done from DEM's.
