Beach front hotel and a ?

Hey guys,

I was wondering if anyone knew a good beach front hotel. The route I'm working on requires one but I cannot seem to find one for the life of me. Something like a condo aswell would be greatly appreciated. No real requirments for it, just something that you'd see in a small town near a beach. Also, I was just wondering when American_Connections stuff would be back on the DLS.

Tick all version boxes and search beach and hotel also motel. There is not many to look through in each section but a lot would look good on or near a beach

Searching 'Motel' gives a few nice ones at the bottom of the single page of results by DMDrake...
