Banked Tracks ?

Not long ago, on the old forum *sniff* someone created banked tracks. Whilst the locomotives would not bank on these said tracks, the creator was scripting a few of his to do so. Would it be possible for someone to...

a) tell me the name of this creator so i can download his tracks
b) in the next TC release, add this as a feature (banking locos on banking tracks)
