I have just paid $29.99 for Trainz 2009. copied the website address to download the digitized version of Trainz to use it imediatelly, and it will not accept my username and password to complete the download even though I have tried it several times. What the heck to I do now, Ive paid my money and got nothing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!. Come on Auran whats happening?
If I cannot get my game by downloading you will have to send me the DVD, and I guess that will take several days to arrive, so much for downloading!

You don't need a web site address to get your download. If you are registered here then just go to the top of the forum and click on the profile button.
Then click on your order history.
Click on the invoice number and there will be a direct link to the downloadable executable file which is 2.53 gigs in size.

I did as you suggested, I clicked on my profile page but there is no invoice number listed on my page.

I would suggest posting your problem to the Helpdesk (see link at top of page) they can do more than us users can. That being said; upon clicking the link from your email; and trying to log in; you have made sure that you typed your user name and password correctly?

• Click order history,

• Click on the invoice number for the link to download.

This Might help. Circled in red you click. Where the text says "Your Invoice Number Here", you click On the numbers. You will get a new page

Click the Words "TS2009-WBE.exe" This will start your download.
You might want to use a download helper, To resume your download. As stated it is 2.53 gb.

You can access digital download purchases by going into your order history, which can be found here: https://www.auran.com/planetauran/Order_History.php
Once on the order history page, click on the order number that matches the digital download purchase. On the order page, you will find a download link, click on this. This will take you to the download page, where you will find two download links. Please try using the top download link first.

We do recommend that digital downloads be downloaded using a download manager such as http://www.freedownloadmanager.org/

I must thank you guys for your info. I did what you suggested and now I am the proud owner of Trainz 2009!
I hasten to add though, that the graphics are not what I expected with some exactly the same as previous Trainz series. Thats all I have to say, thanx agaian.
