Backing Up TS2009

I have only been running TS2009 for a month and already I have nearly 2,000 files and over 5 gigs in my main TS2009 folder.

What sub folders do you all recommend backing up in case of a crash?

backing up 2009

if you go into your program files,select folders- auran-2009-local.
backup the entire LOCAL folder. this will save all the work you do and items you have downloaded. i had problems when i got to about 20g trying to save it to a memory stick. because of the format of the stick it started showing "files corrupted". i overcame this problem by purchasing a plug-in hard drive. the one i am using is 60g and cost about GB£24. i have had no problems since.
it takes (depending on your pc) about 1hr per 10g upload. i hope this answers your question.
