Well, I tried putting it in once to try it as a Session Rule. I got rid of it and when I run games, I still get a window with AWS controls on it. Why,I wonder, and how do I get it off the window? I did get rid of the rule, why does it insist on staying ?:'(
ps: One day I will post a message with a Smiley face in it .

Heh, content manager is so big. I could not find anything so far about disabling a session command like AWS. I keep looking .. . Thanks for your quick answer. I will look around in content manager and see if I can find out what is happening with the window that pops up on the right hand side that has the controls for AWS.
I see why they call it content manager. I feel so content.

Remove it by deleting the asset from cpm, first save as cdp, delete the asset, close cpm, wait untl the data base shuts down and restart cpm.

Welcome to the crazy world of Trainz. The rule uses a library asset. All Library assets are "persistant" once they have been used in a session and the session has been saved. The only way I have heard of is to delete the library asset (and the asset that calls it), then load the affected session, make a minor change and then save the session. This "should" solve the problem, however, there are no guarantees, or so I have been told by those supposedly in the know about these things. If the offending asset is built-in, try disabling it and all files associated with it and do the above.

ouch

That sounds pretty deep. I think I would try making another map ,copy most of the stuff into and then add in the rules. That may be another ,yet long, workaround, but it should get rid of the AWS panel that pops up :)

Me too...

Same problem. Tried everything with no success.

Maybe the author of this AWS rule could help us out. Is it possible to reach him ? He's identified by the author ID bloodnok in Content Manager and trying to view his profile doesn't get me anywhere. Since I'm a newcomer in Trainz forum, maybe I doing something wrong.

How do I send an email to this author ???

Hi and welcome to Trainz.

This is a "known bug". So far the only way I found to solve it is rebuild the session :'(.

Rebuild session ?

In that session I control 12 AI consists (or trains) using Driver Setup rule and inserting commands from a Schedule Library containing 19 schedules. Does rebuilding the session mean I loose all this and have to redo it all or is there a way to copy at least my schedule Library in the new session ?

Thank for your help.

Thats what I mean. Start all over.
or is there a way to copy at least my schedule Library in the new session ?
I have no experience with "schedule library" but unless those are made as objects on their own I fear you have to also redo those.

I am more then happy to learn someone's easyer and beter sollution, untill N3V fixes this bug that is.

I have been trying to do this for ages with no success. Put it down to my stupidity so I am pleased to see I am not alone!
