Auto drive TS06

Hi I wonder if anyone can help,

I have created a large route from scratch and all trains run automatically with no issues apart from one,

I have 2 sidings from the mainline running from a single track lever, thus 3 settings, on the main line are some wagons, I have programed the shunter to come out of its siding, stop, reverse up mainline, couple the wagons, drive forward past the lever, stop, this all works, I then want the shunter to reverse up the center siding and uncouple, every time the shunter reverses it goes up the wrong siding even though I have told it to go to a track marker, positioned where I want it to uncouple, at one point the wagons started going into the correct siding but without any input from me the track lever switched to the wrong siding as the wagons was going over it resulting in derailment.

A lot of the other train lines are as complex with one line joining another and at one point I have two passenger trains and two cargo trains all shearing the same line and all collecting passengers and cargo and dropping and unloading cargo without a single hitch, all signals and levers working automatically, the only difference with the shunter is it is reversing when it all goes wrong.

Any ideas?

Hi Brad,

Why did I not think of that lol, I get so involved in making it all look good I forget the basics.

I also have two bridges going either directions and thought it would look good having a bigger more complex bridge so I downloaded one that raises in the middle and has a road above the train line, re-routed all the lines, created a road to the bridge for the cars, put signals on so when it was raised the train stopped, when I drove in driver mode, I took over one of the trains and when I got to the new bridge it was raised for no reason, all signals was green so I got fed up waiting and drove the train over the gap, it drove as normal and instead of driving into the river it carried on regardless of the bridge position, you can not even raise or lower the bridge yourself. Hence I deleted it and put the old bridges back on, I also downloaded a ferry that takes trains across but my cargo trains don't fit so I deleted that as well.

The moral..... keep it simple lol

Do you know if there a signal that applies brakes automatically if a red light is passed, just thought it would be fun to have.

I have only been playing this for a couple of months and still learning.
