Auto-adjust height of splines

Hey, all. Is there a way to auto-adjust spline heights?

Example:

I'm quad-tracking and electrifying the UMR-2013 Route for personal use. I'm using gfisher's PRR Catenaries, as well as some of his other ones. My only problem is, when I use the DL&W and the NH catenaries, I have to raise them by about .5 to line up with the PRR Catenaries, as those are the only ones that allow Double-Stack trains. Is there a way I can edit the non-PRR catenaries to automatically adjust to .5 above their normal height? I tried once, but it didn't work. Anyone able to help?

Assuming there is some kind of base or extension that makes them visually acceptable and assuming that the particular spline you are using has a mesh table then including the line

position 0,0,0.5

in the mesh table should lift the asset by the required amount...

Well...they don't have mesh tables. Is there a way to monkey with the asset to have it use a mesh table and not cause problems?

Just add a mesh table or Use AssetX and select the add mesh table under the repair option and then select remove obsolete tags, quicker than typing it out for each asset, try it on a clone first though.

AssetX isn't letting me create a mesh table. It says I can't do that with a "track" asset. Is there a workaround for this?

Sorry - I checked a few catenary assets before I posted and as luck would have it the random few were all pylons which do have mesh tables, but the wires don't.

For kind "track" there used to be a utility written by either HiBaller or NarrowGauge (I forget which) that allowed all vertexes for a specific kuid to be dropped by a specified amount. It was written as a 'fix' for dropping alpha-edged track .020, but works with pretty much any spline. You run the utility once at the end of route creation and all the vertexes get altered at the touch of a button. I haven't seen it mentioned for ages, but a PM to either of the above might yield an answer to the problem...
