Start the game, go to Options, Planet Auran, and then enter your username and password.
If you did this already, clear those fields, close the game, wait a minute, restart, and then re-enter those details. That usually does the trick.
Double check if you are using the correct password by logging into your Planet Auran account with the same credentials; maybe you are just using the wrong password.
