I have used the DLS for more than a year now and always seem to be able to get on except some weekends. Then it is just a matter of refreshing the page a few times to get into the holding pattern. We live in the bush and are just able to get wireless most of the time, and still at dialup speed at times. I just do something else for a while, like file sorting etc.
A few months ago when I renewed my FCT, I needed to update my email address on my profile. The server had a hissy fit and locked me out, had to use a new password and didn't get the email for a replacement.
This was late Sat arvo S. Aust time. I emailed the Help Desk and had the new password within the hour. Used a credit card to pay the FCT, went straight to Auran, activated my FCT and was downloading straight away,
can't complain about the service.
Trouble with everyone these days it is rush, rush got to get it done straight away. Be like the old bull and wander down to the heifer paddock and do the lot,
