auran just messed up my fct that I brought

hello : I know I repeated my self in another forum but they need to fix this. thats the second time it happened to me if I pay $24.99 I want what I paid for my fct to use in the dls.

not too happy now. how can I get in touch with auran main boss? I just brought a fct on march 28. and later that night trs06 cmp says expriation date as 3-28-2011 and 365 days left on the fct.today I went to my cmp and now it says buy a fct and then says 100mb total for today. I did buy a fct and auran needs to fix this and show the right information in my cmp its not my problem if auran has nothing but bugs in its system. they need to update their cmps daily( I do not think it is right to tell me to pay another $24.99 for something they messed up just give me the expiration date 3-28-11 and 365 days left of download and undate that information. thats all I want.

G'Day brakemen, mate you are not the only one and this is not the first time, I think by my recokening that everyone with a FCT has lost about 5 days access with these outages due to server work. Many companies do the same thing seamlessly but I guess we are not that lucky, although it would be nice to see AURAN credit FCT holders with some days to make up for lost access.
Hrer is my CMP as at 01.20 (1.20pm).

-i just did a fresh install of ts2010 and did both patches (sp2). started downloading mcguirel's trees off the dls and it told me that i downloaded my 100mb quota today and i too have a fct. also nothing shows up in the download station tab in content manager v3.2 wtf? si guess more than one of us in the same boat!

-EDIT: i just restarted my computer and it cured the dls in cmp problem but still i cant download anything cause of this damn quota

brakeman; after buying your FCT you need to activate it (Tickets, under the Profile button above) after activation you need to wait 24 hours for the servers to update your status.

Lost mine too, sometime yesterday afternoon, probably during server work as stated above. Pity, i only had 6 days left and still wanted to do a couple of biggish downloads once i receive new data package on 1 April . Judging by previous discussions on this topic i'm just not going to bother any further.

Just sayin' this for your own sake, boys. I like Trainz and want to be playing it 20 years from now, and I'll be the first dude to say your product would be a BARGAIN even if you charged twice as much as you do. But you gotta get your act together, which includes making things right for those who have purchased content, access and services. When people pay, regardless as to whether it's a dollar or 50, there's a reasonable expectation of service and product.

There are problems with the DLS after a Server switch/swap... they'll be sorted out in time.

Check out the Announcements Forums... the most underrated and underutilised section of these Boards. Most of these repetitive whining posts wouldn't be in existence if members checked out the announcements.

Fella,s please.
Give credit where it is due. Don,t run off when the info you require is on the forum for you to read. D/L was down yesterday(aus) and returned this morning when I got some assets. Yes the FCT doesn,t show but it works at normal speed. Maybe a little faster. Minor problems will be sorted out. They always are.

yes, per rock after I brought the fct on the 28 of this month I did activate the ticket it showed expriation date and 365 days left on the ticket in my pro file and in cmp the same day.the dls still shows active ticket with expriation date. so I thought it was "a go" it showed that I had 365 days left on the fct and the expriation date for next year 2011. soo I think auran at least need to give my fct back when the new servers are up and running. I guess I will need to buy
another fct not until they updated the forums servers which they said they were going to do.
