Anyone got any idea what the normal wait time is to get an answer from the help center on a ticket that has been submitted.
 
I'd say 1-2 regular weeks is what it seems to be right now. I know he has been working on getting caught up because all but one of my tickets have been responded to, and that one is the newest and also (unfortunately for me) is the bigger issue. He apparently is going oldest to newest, which means I probably won't be able to download anything from the DLS for a while yet. (One of the tickets I submitted was sent on the 11th and replied to today, the 20th. So that's about 9 days which seems to indicate that he's starting to get caught up since before it was mentioned that the oldest as 14 days old.)

Edit: Oh, and as far as the "normal" wait time, when the helpdesk isn't so overloaded, I'd say anywhere from the same day to a couple days.

I wish they would at least fix the broken access from Planet Auran website to Auran's mailserver so that people could at least get the mails after purchase or with the new password after an email address change.

Then I could reestablish access to my account myself. The time of my first class ticket expires and I cannot use it ... sigh.

That also has been my problem since before Xmas,so I also cant acess the DLS:confused:
 
Not getting E-mails could be caused by your E-mail provider rather then anything on Auran's end. I know for example that AOL has a bulk mail filter system that is not user controllable and has a bad habit of filtering out legit e-mail too. (That is in addition to the user controllable junk mail filters.)

When I signed up on the Auran site I got an E-mail. When I ordered Trainz I got an E-mail. When my copy got shipped here in the US, I got an E-mail. I don't however get E-mails from this forum system for subscribed threads or PMs. (Most other forums/sites I've been on I do get E-mails from. The www.trainz.hu site is a notable exception to that as their registration E-mail got blocked and I had to E-mail someone to get my account activated.)
