@ Blackwatch
I read your original rant earlier (which seems to have been deleted - wonder why?). When you describe yourself as a "bolshy" Yorkshireman, wow, mate, you ain't kidding!
So, here goes. Let me repeat - all assets are on the DLS. All of them. I noticed from your station stops that you do not have TS2009 (which is where I built the route), but you do have 2010, so I'm assuming that's where you DL'd it. Therefore, thinking you may have a point, and preparing to apologize for inconveniencing you so shabbily (although I'm not responsible for your Internet connection speeds and limitations) I DL'd it through CMP into my 2010. All assets installed. There were many that showed a "?" on the download helper, but they also showed the size, and downloaded OK. One or several didn't, but I cleared the download helper, and dragged Airedale into the download helper again and it picked them up on this, the second attempt. Maybe something to do with the size of the DL - it is quite large, although far from the largest on the DLS.
Next, having cleared the download helper again, I opened the "Missing Depencies" tab. There were many. I selected a screenfull, R-clicked, clicked "Download" and it cleared them all.
Let me repear - all assets are on the DLS. You just have to know what you're doing. An offensive rant from someone who obviously doesn't makes me feel peeved, nay, vexed.
Blackwatch, you may have discouraged others from DLing my route, people who might actually have enjoyed it. All because you know not of which you post.
I will give you this though. There are 11 (count 'em, 11) assets that show as faulty. Now, obviously, bolshy yorkshireman, I had to fix them before I could use them. Therefore, it follows, doesn't it, that they are fixable. There are plenty of threads on these excellent forums about fixing faulty assets, and I am no expert. So, if I can do it, so can anyone with a functioning braincell. Or so I thought. I could tell you how, but when you offend someone needlessly and without cause, your credit isn't good. So I'm sulking at you.
In conclusion, if you don't want the route, delete, that's what the "Delete" provision is for.
Your loss.
