Assets won't commit!

In an attempt to conserve hard drive space, I uninstalled TRS2019 Platinum and installed just Trainz Plus build 111951. Most of the stuff reinstalled properly, but Trainz Forge's McKay and Aldus 4-4-0's and the SP CS-22 Fallon, NV depot will not commit. They are open for editing, and when I try to submit edits, I get these errors:

I never had problems with them in TRS Platinum, and the other CP Schenectadies work fine.

Are they already installed? That is normally the reason an item ends up "open for edit".

I tried deleting then reinstalling them, but that gives me this:

The latest versions of TS19 won't commit assets where the FBX import results in errors. You (or the original creator) needs to fix the fbx errors before it will commit.
