Article: No news? Here's the good news!

A whole lot of places to look to find that there's no new news. Hmmm ....

Can you point me to where there is some news about the upcoming Mac Trainz 2 please?

I also cannot see any new news either. Transparency is the name of the game I'd say, especially for those who pledged via Kickstarter.

The Trainz Developer Diary has this at the bottom.

"More developer diary entries will be posted throughout the development cycle, so check back regularly for updates.
"

Don't check back too regularly or you're liable to be disappointed.

Us being the "unwashed mass" according to some people, could it be there's not too many bones for them to throw our way right now? As I understand, PC members pledged more and are afforded privilege to more information.

Not that I'm too worried, still having lots of fun with TS12. They'll be done when they're done.

"Things are progressing well"

What things are progressing well? Remember with KickStarter you're supposed to keep us updated.

I'm sure the Developer diary could be updated,as was stated when first launched,Iv'e been looking at the same article for weeks now
- was looking forward to the next update,?????

The next Dev Diary article has been released. A few more articles are being edited and will be released in the coming weeks. Also the next monthly KS update is being drafted - more frequent updates would most likely begin to annoy many of our backers so we're aiming for monthly updates and haven't missed one of those deadlines yet.

If everyone preferred, we could spend more time on delivering news (of which there isn't a great deal that is tremendously exciting during this phase) and less time developing TANE, or we can maintain our current focus on making TANE as good as it can be. Our choice is to focus on development issues.

It doesn't have to be exciting and it doesn't have to be detailed. If N3V are making progress, then an article of three or four paragraphs listing areas that are progressing surely can't be that onerous?

Thanks for the new dev diary by the way, love the OSX screenies. :)
