ARROW KEYS in DRIVER

After performing a recent EDR, (may be coincidental) I am unable to rotate or zoom using the Arrow Keys in Driver Mode. I can use the mouse for this but it is cumbersome. They (arrow keys) still function normally in Surveyor though. Does anyone know how to restore arrow key use in Driver Mode?

In Driver mode press the 4 key then you can use the arrow keys to move around.
