Arkansas Based Routes

I was just curious if there were any Trainz routes that were based in Arkansas. I've looked around, but I haven't really found any. It seems like I found one on the DLS one time a few years ago, but I've since been unable to find it. If there aren't any, that's fine. I was just wondering. Thanks!

Look for Dave Snow's Ozark Valley. I think it's up on the DLS. It's a very nice route which will give you hours of enjoyment.

Will Ozark Valley work in TANE? I noticed the pfig tress and I don't think they work in tane?

I got it to work by replacing the Pofig trees in TS12 with similar trees by RMM. I did my replacement in TS12 then saved the route to a CDP which I imported.

The route looks excellent in T:ANE and exists as a section of my own Ozark Valley and Western - Dave's route expanded substantially.

I'm not seeing a Cotton Belt Route on the DLS.

Use these links:

Route: https://www.cubbyusercontent.com/pl....+1303.8.15/_04aa79aedcc14c19868c0b73ef13a0de

Assets: https://www.cubbyusercontent.com/pl/Cotton+Belt+Needed+Assets/_ce55fb8c72f44285b3ccd242a76e51d9

PLEASE note. There is no guarantee that there won't be some minor missing assets, but the route should work fine without them.

ALSO PLEASE note, this route is extremely detailed and a high-end PC is required to run it with minimal stutter and lag. It is also a long route; in excess of 100 miles.

Cheers,

Dave Snow

John. Could you perhaps give a link for the route and assets? I'd like to see this in T:ANE with your addition!

Thanks

Dave

I can't give you a link since the route is integrated into a much bigger system.

What I will do is post some screen shots for you. :)

Oh, I was hoping to play it The entire route I mean

I had a hunch that's what you meant.

What happened was I had a converted Ozark Valley and my much larger merger and acquisitions route I built from it. Then I removed the Ozark Valley its self to make room on my hard drive along with lots of other content including my full TS12 install which I was no longer using. This was well and good and everything was fine until my backup drive failed and ate a lot of my backup CDPs.

In the end this route got munched along with lots of other backup data which was unrecoverable including my piano performances, storm-chasing videos, Jointed Rail downloads and some other stuff.

The lesson learned is to backup the backups periodically to yet another device.
