ARG DFZ class (Former QR 2300 class)??

Hi all

Railpage is down and I don't know where else to go to ask this. I hope somone here maybe able to answer my question.

Does anyone know the apperational status of the DFZ Class that returned from WA last year. Does anyone know if they have returned to traffic in QLD and where they maybe in use. I've heard they may have been put into use on the Townsville-Mt Isa line??

The following post is quoted from this thread on RailSA. It seems to back up what you've heard about them operating on the Mount Isa line.

From what we understand QRN & ARG are being run very much as separate companies and the DFZ's are going to ARG for operation on the Mount Isa line
