Unless terminator4d works at the circus, I don't think that was called for. :( I know that question has been asked countless times but it's probably the first time for each user. Not everyone has an innate understanding of the user interface and so sometimes the obvious is not.

please treat others with respect, if you dont know their names, then address their account name. it makes everyone feel better ,

thanks

Yeah, I got a fair amount of negative treatment when I asked (ask) stupid questions. In my opinion this can only lead to less sales for Auran. Which, if you like this software, hurts you.

When I first started using trainz I had no idea I could add new base boards. I never asked in the forums, but I did find out in the forums from someone else asking.

The Very Same! ;) I made this Terrible 3NG Logging Route called "The Blue Forest", and It took me a while to Figure out "How The HELL do I make this Map Bigger?" :p

Unfortunately, some Trainzers seem to have forgotten what it was like when they first started in Trainz, :o when everything was new and not everything was obvious.

Also Quite Right. I know a lot Now, But Just Recently Learned I could Rotate Trees & Buildings/Objects Sideways... :hehe:

What I meant by this, (I've Had Trainz 2006 for a LONG Time, Mind you!) Is that I never knew you could Turn an Object onto it's Side, or even Upside Down. :o

How is that done ? Buildings loco's on their sides or upside down ?

If that is possible I coud make this shot even better !

Sorry, You Can't Turn Trainz upside down. :p

Just Click the Regular Rotate Button, and Hold Down Shift.

Some things, like Industries and Objects with the Rooting Squares, will Resist the Turning. ;)

...Be Kinda Odd to see and Upside down Factory, with It's Smokestack holding it up. :hehe:

Hi Martinvk !

You are absolutly right ! This is NOT the way to treat a new member. Allthough helpfull in his answer, namecalling DON'T belong in this forum !

Kind regards, Al.

P.S. To Terminator4d: Welcome to the forum !

I think you will find the asset needs to have the rotation line in the config for it to tilt else it just rotates.

Any scenery object can be made to be rotable in the yz plane by adding this line to the objects config.txt file:

rotate-yz-range min, max

You can learn a lot by reading thru the TRS2006CCG.

Bob
