Anyone have an Allegheny?

I only believe in Southeastern US steam.
We don't believe in payware at ECT.:hehe:

That is a shame. I am sure that you could make an amazing Reading T1. (Paulz trainz has one, but it is not even close to payware quality. Sorry.)

By the way, I would really love to see anAllegheny.

There's no shame in that. The railroads of the South are, to me, the most interesting and some of the larger non-western railroads. They are very exciting railroads, the main reason they're not as popular as Yankee roads are because we don't have as many enthusiasts down here as you do up there because we are not as dense in population.

As we are East Coast Trainz, I may make one but it would have a low priority level and would be a few years before I get to it as there are over 30 steamers from many great roads such as Southern, L&N, NC&StL, TAG, and many more railroads of the South in queue to get modeled.

I want an Allegheny...!

 We have about two dozen SD40 locomotive versions for Auran Trainz.

Several Alleghenies shouldn't hurt anyone's feelings!

Hmm...try searching the DLS. I've found a few pretty good steamers on there.
The DLS royaly sucks for steam engines! All those dependencies! The list 16 dependencies, each one you have to press detailed, then download page then REVELATION! You can start downloading [takes forever & a day] that process alone takes forever and a day! Why can't the creator just package them like on other sites? I don't have time to sit there for 3 hours for one engine taht probably won't even work! Don't get me wrong, I just need to blow off this steam, I've been holding it for months!

We don't believe in payware at ECT.:hehe:[/quote] Good because it ain't worth charging a tiny $7.00 charge on a credit card, like my dad says. Freeware is the best, yah you don't make squat off it, but what did you spend making it?

First is the cost of the game to be part of trainz, second add the internet service costs, then add the electricity to operate things. Now ask your father what would be the least he would work for an hour. Add all this togeather now, I have spend over three weeks on this so far and really have very little detail yet, bogeys are 90%, sound still need work, steam is still to come, Interior just need final mesh; and ya'll think it should just be free! Tell that to the IRS!!

I like the massive C&O 2-6-6-6 Allegheny Steam Loco and I was wondering, has anyone made a freeware one for Trainz?

Ha Ha, and I thought I checked everything! This is a mistake and I am not even sure where these numbers came from, I have not made anything with these numbers I don't think. I will correct this table and update tomorrow, but everything except the motor is in the zip; motor is at http://www.geocities.com/ac_mwm_motors

Murphy's Law

Wouldn't ya know it, my first test check showed and error in config file, and now I cannot reload the pack all as one! Should I leave it as is, or split it up to have bogeys only on Bogeys Page? Means you will have to do a bit-o-searchin around my site.

Your site is a great asset to the community, I will surely try your stuff as as soon as I can get on my PC at home...LOOKS GREAT ! Monkeywrench models Quite a super name !

Is from my cattle ranch I used to own back in Oregon before my house fire. Iron was acually an "S" Wrench, but I changed the name to MonkeyWrench Ranch.

Trouble with Site

Hey American_Connections, something weird has been happening to me every time I visit your site. Yesterday, I downloaded the locomotive zip file, then I tried to download the tender pack, and then a page came up saying the site was down for servicing. I tried to back up to the first page, and it said the site was still unavailable. Today, I tried downloading on my other computer and when I clicked on the tender pack zip file, it happened again. Is anybody else experiencing this?

Hey wridenour, I was able to download everything. The website seems fine now.

After importing the Allegheny into CMP, I realized that I had these missing dependencies:

213782:50111
213782:54000
