Any Toronto Trainzers

NoT tHe StAtUeS!
Hope this thread idea isnt bad or anything...

But I was wondering if there were any fellow railfans and/or Trainzers in Toronto?

I think If we get to meet each other we could connect, and find out more about each other.

And maybe come up with some cool Trainz Content.;) I think it would be pretty cool.

PM me details.

Cheers,
Cam

I don't live in Toronto, but thats a good idea. I know quite a few trainzers live right here in Tennessee. Its great to connect and get to know the forum community.

Welcome aboard! Yes, there are more than a few of us here in Toronto. It's been a while since we've attempted to organize anything, but there is a group of us who do several train shows here in and around the city.

The next major event we'll be at is Doors Open Toronto, specifically at the John St. Roundhouse. (http://www.trha.ca for further details & pics from last year). We also have a table at the Christmas Train Show up at the International Centre (usually the last weekend in November)

Myself, I haven't been all that active in the Trainz community as of late, as real life issues have really taken centre stage. Most unfortunate, considering we've celebrated the release of the latest version of the Trainz franchise, a great milestone since the product was first released in 2001.

If you have any questions, there are many here in the community who will be more than happy to help.

I mastered the TTC when I was only 6
Yeah and just for the record, I got to ask Adam Giambrone some Questions on the TTC. I can't believe what he said about light rail: he said "Light rail is cheaper to build than a subway and can carry around the same amount of people (Yeah right!).
