animation not working in trainz 2022 while in survey mode

Survey mode is automatically paused, so you just need to unpause, I think.

The main reason for disabling animations in Surveyor mode is to stop all moving consists when you switch from Driver to Surveyor via the UDS. If the consists are running while you are in Surveyor then derailments and collisions are certainties.
