Animated people?

I hope someone can lead me to the creator of annimated people I had downloaded before. I reinstalled 2006 and now I can't locate these nice creations. They include men walking back and forth and talking on radios to the conductors smoking cigaretts and also women walking around and trucks beeing loaded and unloaded. I can't find the post that was on the forum that has the creators username.
