Andi06 Junctions-Can't Get Lever On one route?

I have used Andi05 Junctions on ECML and Port Ogden routes as well as a simple test board. However, I cannot get the lever to appear, indicating a successful junction, on the Progressive Jessie James route. Tried several different wire sequences and colors but the lever does not appear. The Junction Box is present.

Update

I successfully created an Andi06 junction in the original of the route. I was modifying a clone. Then wanted to see if the fact it was a clone may be the problem. The junction was wired and the lever appeared. So, something that I have done in the route is the culprit.

I erased everything on the boards. Problem remains.

Now none of the routes present a lever when the Andi06 junction is wired. Wasting too much time. Just have to accept the "junctions/switches" as Auran has defined them.
