Correct, this is terrible

Absolutely correct good sir. People who do these stupid things will soon take away our freedom to stand near the rails and watch trains travel on by. People take advantage of these things and then create something terrible thus, having a security/cop drive by and say keep away from the tracks. It makes me sick to thing about this. The dying breed of people which is "railfans" is in-danger if a big terror attack or just some dumb kids messing with a relay box cause a Train to derail in a major city or even a small town.
