Check the site where you purchased the assets and ensure you got all the parts. Sometimes, there are additional dependencies to download.
In many cases, there are additional assets needed that are located on the Download Station, or DLS for short as we call it.
Right-click on your assets missing dependencies and choose Download from the menu. This will search the DLS for any assets that are needed and hopefully will find the ones you are missing.
You can also post the KUID number here for the asset.
Right-click on the asset.
Choose List Dependencies
This will open up a new window.
Sort the assets by Status which is located on the columns at the top.
If that's not listed: Right click on that and check the box. The column will then appear on the far right and you can move it around where you want it. We recommend you select all the columns and arrange them how you want.
Any asset that's missing a dependency will have just the KUID and author and no other information.
Highlight those with your mouse. Click on one and press SHIFT to select them one after each other.
Press CTRL+C to copy the list.
Open up a forum post, on the missing dependencies thread, press CTRL+V to paste the information there.
What this will do is help others locate the assets for you. No one can send you the assets directly, but we can help you locate them.
In the end, your only solution may be to contact the 3rd-party website where you purchased your assets from.
