Amtrak FL-9's

Hi to all,

I have been searching for the last few days but came up short of what I was looking for. I have Trainz Classics but, plan on sticking with TRS2006 so I've uninstalled Classics. The only thing that I have been trying to find and download to 2006 is the FL-9's, particulary for Amtrak and Metro North. Could someone point me in the right direction on where to find these engines?

Hi Mike,

I think these are exclusive to TC 1&2 and above. There are ways of adding TC1&2 content to TS2006, but I can't recall the method. Check the support, version specific, forums on how to do this.

Hey Tbob...........

I was able to get Tbob's FL9 into TRS2006. By changing out the FL9 cab with in cab signaling to the standard F7 cab, I was able to get it to operate.

As for an Amtrak skin, I have been thinking of asking him about re skinning it into Amtrak colors... Maybe even the PC Yellow and Blue.....

Maybe Tbob is listening.....

the way you do it is by first taking your most update trainz version and select all of the routes not including DLS and custom routes( default routes) and then move them in the route section of Trainz Classic's no other moves are really necicssary. Then you need to accept the bulid number of classic's.
