Hi, thanks for your comment. If you are asking what you are paying for is a custom created map, custom created sessions and despite dls stuff you get custom trains too. If you dont have the dlc packs these locomotices are indeed new. If you do then you are right. For upcoming dlcs I can take care to not use the word "new" if that is an issue for you. You can also compare the rolling stock to other routes in this price category.
Not mentioned yet that these locos are maintained long term and will get new features without charging you again! Depends when N3V pushes out.
