Alice Street Yard

This is my version of Andy Sperandeo's First and Alice Street Yard, as published in Model Railroad Planning 2014. It took me roughly three nights of work to get this far. It's mostly finished, I think, except for some possible tweaking and fine-tuning.

According to the article in MRP, the Alice Street Yard was a self-contained industrial yard of the Santa Fe, serviced only by barge, that served a handful of clients in Oakland, California. Parking for Jack London Square stands there today.

Hey! This looks promising, but the track is very unrealistic, and should probably be replaced- just look up tracks on the DLS and you'll never look back!

I could teach you my techniques of tracklaying ... get on Free Skype

MP Track Wood v2 by Philskene looks fairly good

New track is down. It looks a lot better. I'll try and post some screenshots with the new and improved tracks later today.

Here are a few more screenshots, with the improved tracks.

I do have some tweaking to do, but overall, I think it is mostly finished. And I am quite satisfied with it so far.
