This is my version of Andy Sperandeo's First and Alice Street Yard, as published in Model Railroad Planning 2014. It took me roughly three nights of work to get this far. It's mostly finished, I think, except for some possible tweaking and fine-tuning.
According to the article in MRP, the Alice Street Yard was a self-contained industrial yard of the Santa Fe, serviced only by barge, that served a handful of clients in Oakland, California. Parking for Jack London Square stands there today.
