It's quite a contrast between the modern, clean, safe, remote-controlled operation compared to the rather less than primitive operation in Albania. As WVA-USA says, even the 1904 mining operation was a bit more advanced, and maybe even a bit more safe than that!
I like the manual trolley pole operation. Imagine what would happen iif the driver isn't paying attention one day!
That's neat, I like the wooden catenary poles, a very tidy operation. Great pic. 90 yrs difference ah, I guess it takes some countries a while to adopt new technology lol. At least when it rains there, you don't need to put youre welding gloves on the prevent you receiving that "tingling feeling" lol.
