AI does not respond to commands

I have a train that does not respond to the following set of commands. Does anyone know what may be causing this?

Drive via track mark BP Oil Field Load Track
Navigate to BP Oil Field Oil Pickup
Drive via track mark BP Oil Field Siding Bypass
Drive via track mark BP Oil Field Exit at this point the train will stop and not respond.

Both trains in the siding will not respond to the Drive Via track mark BP Oil Field Exit directing from the sidings.
I have checked junction problems & track problems to no end.

It's a known problem after the latest hotfix,
