AI causes a Fatal Error

I get a fatal error everytime a start a train to a destination on the Clinch Route. I've only got 3 trains to run, an intermodal, a general frieght, and a coal train. The coal and general frieght will break off into 2 different trains each so I don't have a lot of cars running around. I've never had this prolem before and not sure how to go at it to fix it.

Is it any train you start or just one ?
Is the route from TPR or msgsappers updated one which is meant for 2010.

Every and any train I start goes to a Fatal Error. aaaAAAGGGGHHHAAaaaa. Talk about annoying.
