adjust the Hight

Hi Guys
Yes its me again
i am trying to ad different objects to my platforms
when i put the object like seat or displays
it becomes either to high or to low
i cant adjust the right Hight
and i cant work out how i can adjust it to the
right Hight
any ideas how to fix that problem

In Surveyor Classic (as supplied in TRS19) when using the Adjust Height tool the following key modifiers are used

no key - vertical movement is up/down in steps of 1m (100 centimetres)
hold down the Shift key when moving the object up/down - vertical movement is in steps of 0.1m (10 centimetres)
hold down the Ctrl key when moving the object up/down - vertical movement is in steps of 0.05m (5 centimetres)

When adding objects, such as seats, luggage, etc, to a platform the best strategy is to
1. lock the layer containing the platform (it will probably be the Route Layer)
2. create a new route layer (e.g. named Platform Stuff)
3. make the new layer the Active Layer by selecting it in the Layers Tool
4. add the objects to the platform while you are working in the new layer.

When finished, unlock the Route Layer.

This strategy allows you to move, add and delete objects that will be placed on the platform without having to deal with the platform being selected, moved and/or deleted by mistake.
