Adding screenshots to posts

I am unable to figure out how to post a screenshot in a post like this!

The only way I see as a possible method is to use is the IMG code, but I can't figure it out. For some reason I am not allowed to post attachments.

Any help would be greatly appreciated, as I strongly want to post pictures from my screenshots folder in these forums.

You need to use a hosting site or program.

I personaly use http://hostthenpost.org/
While you cant realy resize it using just that, it is enough to post screenshots, a thumbnail, and a little more.

I had a look at the site Host then Post.org.

Hit the Cheesy Mountain button, and then hit the "run add on bar notice", to allow the "add on" to run, then hit the Cheesy Mountain button again then, paste your dirrect link image tags to the http:/line

Every time I click the cheesy mountainudrool: )button my internet security blocks it, and I have to click on the bar that pops up and click the Temporarily allow button. Nothing happens and I am really confused!

Hit "temporarily allow"..and hit the Cheesy Mountain button a second time...a http:/line appears at the top of the page

I had a look at the thread, but it is too confusing because the instructions are for the old page, and not the new page. I just don't understand it!
