Activating first class ticket problem

I purchesed a 3 month 1st class ticket subscription and when I clicked purchase button after filling the billing information, it was slow process so I closed the browser then reopened it, went back to my voucher, order history, and saw the activate button so when I clicked the activate button for FCT, it went back to Auran homepage, then I opened CMP, looked at setting, but it said the First class ticket wasnt activated. Is there any solution to activate the ticket directly to the Content Manager?

It can take a while. 24-48 hours. Double-check tomorrow. It may help to change your password in your Planet Auran profile. You can reuse the same one. Doing that effectively refreshes your profile on N3V's end of things.

Go to planet auran and check download tickets, I think that is where the fct is activated not in the order history.

Okay thanks, now im ready to easiely download more Sporbust engines and BNSF50's grade crossings from the DLS.
