I've voiced complaints in this forum on other issues, so it is only proper that I speak up with praise to the help desk. They were a great help when I couldn't find an answer anywhere else.
Agree. I had an issue a few weeks back when I was unable to download an illusive purchased item. The helpdesk were very professional and courteous while emails were going backwards and forwards during this time. My issue was solved for which I was over the moon.
