A question for Cardiff Workshops...

Hey,

After my TRS2006 failed me, I have turned to Trainz Classics and I have created an awesome Australian route. But theres one problem... there are few present day NSW engines and rolling stock that I can use...
so I was wondering...

Cardiff Works, would you ever consider re-releasing content originally made for TRS2006 for Trainz Classics?

If not, I will unfortunately have to look elsewhere, and possibly abandon NSW TC until further notice...

If there is no chance of CWS Content, can someone point me in the direction of working NSW content?

Thanks again,
Mitch

Hi Mitchey

I have all of CWS locos and rolling stock tracks, signals, buildings working in TC1/2 &3 with no problems.
To find out how to import into Classics read through the various posts in the the Trainz Classics section of this Forum.

Is there a way to download the CSW stuff, because at the moment, my TRS2006 is stuffed up and I can't download because CMP is faulty. Everything I try to download is missing dependencies, which are built into TRS2006, so thats my problem...

you will need to copy across the .ja files from TRS06 to TC. If you don't do this, you may end up having a number of dependencies that are built-in in TRS06 missing.

Mitchey,
As Zec said, the missing dependencies are built in to TRS2006. If you do a search of the forum you should find a "How to" on getting your TRS06 stuff over to TC.

Cheers

How is it "stuffed up"? If you haven't deleted it from your hard drive then the files will still be there. If you have deleted it , maybe you can install it to a different folder or partition. Apart from that, there's no other way that I can think of.
