It has never shown twice for me. Personally I think that this whole thread is kinda ridiculous. No offense, but I thought that the mods were the people who were supposed to police the forums. Singling out one member like you did, and basically placing the blame on him, is wrong, and I take offense to it, especially because it doesn't seem to be his fault in the first place. Also, if I remember correctly, you were the one who told me that the file size of my sig was too big, which it was. I happily changed it, but the thing that I don't understand is this. If it was exactly the size that it was supposed to be dimension wise, then how did you notice that it was too large file size wise. To do that you would have had to actually investigate the signature by taking time to right click it, and go down to properties. This would mean that you have taken it upon yourself to investigate the size of everyone's signature to make sure that it was within limits. No offense, but you aren't a mod, why are you doing their work?
I hope that this isn't taken as flaming, but if it is, I really don't care. What has set me off, is the fact that Dmdrake asked you to remove the link that singles him out in your first post, and you just ignored his request. No offense, but I have lost respect for you. I hope that you aren't one of those people who sit and spy out the windows to write down any small crime that goes on.
